FAQs

You peace of mind is our utmost priority. Here's are few common questions we get.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

Why are the plans priced this way?

A subscription model (similar to a retainer) is a win-win for both client and Rope. Client receives consistent high quality work without having to trade estimates and invoices. Rope benefits with predictable work & revenue.

What should I expect after subscribing?

Once subscribed, you will have a dedicated work management board to make requests. With one click you can add design requests to the queue. There is not limit to the number of requests and they will be delivered one by one. We also walkthrough the process of adding requests and getting most out Rope after you sign-up.

How many design requests can I make?

As many as you like. Most design requests will be delivered within 1-3 days depending on the scope of work. More complex requests may take longer. For these, we will help distribute the work out into smaller deliverables.

How many revisions can I make?

As many as you’d like! We’ll work with you to revise a design request to your full satisfaction before moving to the next request.

What if I only have one design request?

You can pause your subscription & return when you have additional design needs. You can cancel your subscription at any time if all your needs have been met. Most of our clients require ongoing design work for their business. If you are unsure, we’d recommend signing up for the trial plan to see if Rope is the right fit.

What programs do you design in?

Most design requests are delivered in figma and any suitable formats for publishing. Rope uses Webflow for web development, Cinema 4D & Redshift for 3D visualizations and Adobe creative cloud for graphic design requests.

How do I request design work?

1. Sign up for a plan.
2. Rope will send an email within 24hrs with order confirmation and link to your work management board.
3. Open the link and start requesting design work.

Do you offer ongoing support after a project is completed?

Absolutely, we prioritize cultivating enduring partnerships with our clients, providing ongoing support and maintenance services. Whether it's facilitating updates, resolving issues, or implementing additional enhancements, our commitment to supporting you extends well beyond the completion of the project.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, we do not offer any refunds. If you are not sure, please book a call. We are happy to answer any questions and make recommendations to get you the best help as per your requirements.
